Brad has been licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 2004, as an Architect since 1999, and as a Professional Engineer (Civil) since 2002. He is a Certified Residential Specialist, a Certified Negotiation Expert, a Senior Real Estate Specialist, and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. He has dedicated countless hours to volunteer work as a group facilitator, PEPS group leader, and community organizer.
