From first time homebuyers learning about downpayment assistance programs to all-cash trade-up buyers, we've helped facilitate hundreds of home searches over the years. We love the 'treasure hunt' feeling of helping a buyer find their new home! When we first meet, we'll talk about your hopes and dreams, as well as the finance and timing realities at play, and then we'll work together to find the right fit. 

Sometimes it takes only a few weeks to find the right place, sometimes it can take a couple of years. Seriously! We're here with you until we finally turn that particular doorknob where everything finally feels right and be both know the search is over.

Mutual Education
Whether it's your first time or fifth time, we'll meet to talk about the homebuying process. You'll share your vision, goals and timeline; we'll share resources for lending and some preliminary information about the market. We'll each come out feeling like we're part of a team.

Financing and Preapproval
Depending on your situation, you'll want to secure financing and obtain mortgage preapproval before we start your search. This ensures that you feel completely confident about your budget, your monthly costs and your purchase limits so that when the right home comes along, you're ready to go for it.

The Search
We'll send you property listings that match the search criteria we developed together. You'll say what you want to tour, and we'll take you there! Evenings, weekends, lunchtime escapes... when the right property comes up, we'll be ready.

Offer Time
When you find the just-right property, we'll provide resources to pre-inspect if necessary, and then we'll meet to write a strong, competitive offer. With a long list of 'wins' under our belt, you'll be in good hands. We have many strategies for success and we'll put them to work for you.

Post Offer Negotiations
If there are contingencies on your accepted offer, we'll manage the timeline to keep you informed and continue to negotiate terms on your behalf until the deal is Pending.

Transaction Coordination
After your future home goes "Pending" we'll manage the transaction through the escrow process and keep you informed along the way. It's an exciting time!

After Closing
We're still here for you for the years to come. Need a painter? A new furnace? Gutter cleaning? Windows fixed? We've got a wide network of vendors who can help with any number of home repairs. We'd be happy to help you find the right person for your job, for the life of your home ownership. We do hope we can keep in touch after you move in.
